Keep in mind that 25% of enrolled students have SAT scores below those listed. Even if your scores are lower than the ranges here, you still have a chance of being admitted to the schools here. Also remember that SAT scores are just one part of the application process. The admissions officers at many Connecticut colleges, especially the top Connecticut colleges, will also want to see a strong academic record, a winning essay, meaningful extracurricular activities and good letters of recommendation. Many schools have holistic admissions, so scores are only a part of a student's application. Some students with higher scores (but a weak application overall) may be rejected or waitlisted; some students with lower scores (but a stronger application) may be admitted. Make sure the rest of your application is solid, and don't just rely on your scores or grades.
