Nazareth College Admissions Overview:

With an acceptance rate of 72%, Nazareth College's admissions are not highly competitive. To apply, students will need to submit an application, along with official high school transcripts and letters of recommendation. Nazareth is test-optional, so applicants are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores. The school accepts the Common Application (more on that below), which can save applicants time and energy when applying to several schools that use that application.

Nazareth College's 150-acre campus is located just outside of Rochester, New York. Nazareth ranks highly among colleges in the region. The college has over 40 academic programs, an average class size of 14, and a 12 to 1 student / faculty ratio. Business is the most popular undergraduate major, and at the graduate level Nazareth has robust master's degree programs in education. Community service and civic engagement are both important parts of the Nazareth experience. The college does well on the financial aid front with nearly all students receiving some form of grant aid. On the athletic front, the Nazareth Golden Flyers compete in the NCAA Division III Empire 8 Athletic Conference. The college fields eleven men's and twelve women's intercollegiate sports.
