The Davidson Institute for Talent Development has awarded over $4 million to college-bound students, and the $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000 awards are some of the most valuable and prestigious scholarships available. Students who win these awards are honored with a reception and Congressional meetings in Washington D.C.

Who can apply? Applicants must be U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or stationed overseas because of active U.S. military service. All applicants must be 18 years old or younger.

What are the selection criteria? Davidson Fellows Scholarships are awarded to students who have created a significant piece of work in math, science, literature, music, technology, philosophy, or an "outside the box" area that represents graduate-level work. This is not a scholarship application that can be completed the night before it's due -- successful applicants have completed a significant project that is supported by three nominators and presented in a 15-minute DVD. Projects must reveal the potential to benefit society.

If you think your accomplishments might meet the rigorous selection criteria of the Davidson Fellows judges, visit the official Davidson Fellows website to learn more.
