Westminster College Description:

Located in Fulton, Missouri, Westminster College is a private liberal arts college with an entirely undergraduate focus. Columbia and Jefferson City are each about 25 miles away. The college was founded in 1851, and one of its moments of fame came in 1946 when Winston Churchill gave his famous "Iron Curtain" speech on campus. Students can choose from 30 majors, and the college has a 14 to 1 student / faculty ratio. Popular areas of study include business, education, biology, political science, and exercise science. Students come from 26 states and 61 countries. Westminster College does well with financial aid, and the total price tag is lower than the majority of similar private colleges. In athletics, the Westminster College Blue Jays compete in the NCAA Division III St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
