University of Northern Iowa Description:

The University of Northern Iowa, UNI, is a public university located in northeast Iowa, just west of Cedar Falls. The university consistently ranks highly among Midwest Master's universities. Among undergraduates, business and education are the most popular areas of study. 93% OF UNI students come from Iowa, but the university has a global focus and a significant percentage of students study abroad. In athletics, the Northern Iowa Panthers compete in the NCAA Division I Missouri Valley Football Conference for football, and the Missouri Valley Conference for all other sports.
