University of Great Falls Admissions Overview:

With an acceptance rate of 57%, the University of Great Falls is a generally accessible university. Students with good grades in college preparatory classes have a good chance of being admitted. Most admitted students have grades in the "A" and "B" range, although there are certainly exceptions. To apply, interested applicants will need to submit an application and high school transcripts. The college is test-optional, so students are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores (although those who apply tend to have ACT or SAT scores that are average or better).

University of Great Falls Description:

The University of Great Falls is a private, Roman Catholic university located in Great Falls, Montana. The 44-acre campus is situated in a park-like setting just a few miles from the Missouri River and the waterfalls for which the town and the school are named. The University of Great Falls has a student faculty ratio of 10 to 1, allowing faculty to provide individualized attention for students. Its academic offerings include 21 undergraduate majors with nearly 50 minors and concentrations and a graduate school offering master’s degrees in secondary teaching, counseling and organization management. Some of the more popular undergraduate programs include nursing, elementary education, psychology and paralegal studies. The small, close-knit community at the university encourages student participation in campus life, with more than 20 student clubs and communities and an active campus ministry sponsoring a variety of religious and service-based programs. The University of Great Falls Argonauts compete in the NAIA Frontier Conference. The college fields seven men's and eight women's intercollegiate sports.
