Rosemont College Description:
Rosemont College is an independent, Catholic liberal arts college located in Rosemont, Pennsylvania. Eleven miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, the picturesque suburban campus is situated on Philadelphia’s Main Line, an area rich in history and culture. Rosemont is also centrally located between several other major cities, just two hours from both New York City and Baltimore, Maryland. The college has a student faculty ratio of 8 to 1 and an average class size of 12 students. Within its undergraduate college, Rosemont offers 22 majors, the most popular including business and accounting, biology and psychology. The college also offers master’s degree programs in counseling psychology, creative writing, education, business administration, management and publishing. Students are actively involved in campus life, participating in more than 20 academic and social clubs and organizations as well as the college’s extensive campus ministry. The Rosemont Ravens compete in the NCAA Division III Colonial States Athletic Conference. The college fields six men's and seven women's intercollegiate sports.
