Otterbein University Description:

Located in Westerville, Ohio, Otterbein University is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the United Methodist Church. The 140-acre suburban campus is just north of Columbus, Ohio, allowing students to experience the small-town atmosphere of Westerville with the convenience of a larger city nearby. The town is also within a few hours of Dayton, Cincinnati and Cleveland. Otterbein has a student faculty ratio of 12 to 1. The school offers 62 bachelor’s degrees as well as several graduate programs in business, nursing, education and allied health. The most popular undergraduate majors at Otterbein are business administration, nursing, art and theatre. Students are actively involved in an array of extracurricular and co-curricular activities as well, with over 80 clubs and organizations, an active Greek life, and strong volunteering and community engagement programs on campus and in the surrounding area. The Otterbein Cardinals compete in the NCAA Division II Ohio Athletic Conference.
