Newbury College Description

Newbury College is an independent, career-focused liberal arts college located in Brookline, Massachusetts. The scenic 10-acre suburban campus is less than 4 miles from downtown Boston, just a short train ride from a number of cultural and entertainment destinations. Academically, Newbury has a student faculty ratio of 16 to 1 and an average class size of 18 students. The college offers five associate’s degrees and 16 bachelor’s degree programs. The most popular areas of study at Newbury include business management, psychology and hotel, restaurant and service management. Students are actively involved on and off campus, participating in nearly 20 academic, social and cultural clubs and organizations as well as a variety of community service activities in the area. The Newbury Nighthawks compete in the NCAA Division II Eastern College Athletic Conference and the North Atlantic Conference.
