Holy Family University Admissions Overview:

Holy Family University admitted around three-quarters of applicants in 2016. In general, students with solid grades and test scores are admitted. To apply, interested students will need to submit an application, either online or on paper. Additional materials include scores from the SAT or ACT, a high school transcript, a letter of recommendation, and an optional personal statement. Holy Family University Description:

Holy Family University is a private,co-educational, four-year Catholic university granting bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. The main campus is in northeastern Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the university also has locations in Newton, PA, and Bensalem, PA. The school has a total student body of just more than 2600, including undergraduate and graduate students. Holy Family offers a great individualized experience with a student / faculty ratio of 12 to 1 and an average class size of 14.

The university is divided into four schools: Arts and Sciences; Business Administration and Extended Learning; Education; and Nursing and Allied Health Professions. Holy Family offers more than 40 majors between these schools. On campus, students can choose from 25 student clubs and organizations and 14 NCAA Division II teams. Holy Family University is a member of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC). Popular sports include basketball, soccer, track and field, cross country, and lacrosse.
