Geneva College Description:

Originally founded in Northwood, Ohio, Geneva College moved to Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania in 1880. A private, Christian college, Geneva College is named after Geneva, Switzerland. Geneva students can expect a lot of personal attention in the classroom thanks to the school's 13 to 1 student / faculty ratio and average class size of 17. Geneva is one of four colleges in Pennsylvania to have membership in the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities. Extracurricular activities at Geneva include a wide range of activities including music ensembles, theater, intramural sports, and Christian ministries. For intercollegiate sports, the Geneva College Golden Tornadoes compete in the NCAA Division III Presidents' Athletic Conference. The college fields seven women's and six men's intercollegiate sports. Popular sports include football, track and field, soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
