Eastern Oregon University Admissions Overview:

In 2015, EOU accepted 97% of applicants. This is promising for interested students--if you have decent grades and standardized test scores, you're likely to get in. Admitted students typically have grades in the "B" range or better. To apply, those interested should submit a completed application, scores from the SAT or ACT, and high school transcripts. Eastern Oregon University Description:

Founded as a teacher's college in 1929, Eastern Oregon University is now a small, comprehensive, regional university located in La Grande, Oregon, a town of about 13,000 people. Portland is a little over four hours to the west, and Boise is three hours to the southeast. The university's online programs have grown significantly in recent years with course delivery offered on the main campus and sixteen centers throughout the state. Nine majors can be completed entirely online. Residential students can choose from 23 bachelor's degree programs with business and education being quite popular. Classes tend to be small with about 15 students. On the student life front, Eastern Oregon University has over 50 student clubs and organizations. In athletics, the EOU Mountaineers compete in the NAIA Cascade Collegiate Conference. The college fields four men's and six women's intercollegiate sports.
