Concordia University in Portland is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. It is part of the Concordia University System with nine other Concordia colleges across the country, and students can easily enroll at another campus for a semester or year. Concordia's compact 13-acre campus is located in Northeast Portland near the airport. The University of Portland is five miles to the west. Concordia is open to students of any faith, but the college does take its Christian identity seriously and integrates faith into its living and learning environment.
