Augustana College Admissions Overview:

Augustana is a test-optional college. Students applying do not need to send in scores from the SAT or ACT. However, students who do not submit these scores must include in their application a graded academic essay, and must schedule an interview with an Admissions Officer. Students who do submit test scores are not required to schedule an interview, but it is still recommended. Augustana uses the Common Application, which can save applicants time and energy if they are applying to multiple schools that use this application. Letters of recommendation from guidance counselors and/or teachers are encouraged, but not required.
