Minot State University Description:

Minot State University is a public, four-year university located in Minot, North Dakota. The university's nearly 4,000 students are supported by a healthy student / faculty ratio of 14 to 1. MSU offer a variety of degrees between its College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education and Health Sciences, College of Business, and Graduate School. The school also has an Honors program to engage and challenge high-achieving students. Students stay active outside of the classroom, and MSU is home to a host of student clubs and organizations, as well as a fraternity and sorority system. On the athletic front, MSU competes at the intercollegiate level as a member of the NCAA Division II Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) with a variety of sports, such as men’s and women’s basketball, golf, and track and field. Club hockey is also very popular for men and women.
