Messiah College Description:

Messiah College is a private, non-denominational evangelical Christian college located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Harrisburg is just 12 miles away, and Baltimore and Philadelphia are each about a two-hour drive. Since its founding in 1909, the college has taken its Christian identity seriously, a fact reflected in the school's motto, "Christ Preeminent." Students have a wide range of academic options spanning the arts, humanities, social sciences, sciences, and professional fields. Business, education, and nursing are particularly popular among the college's 80+ majors. Academics are supported by a healthy 13 to 1 student / faculty ratio and small classes, and the college takes pride in the personal attention its students receive.
