Olivet Nazarene University Description:

Olivet Nazarene University is a private, Christian liberal arts university in Bourbonnais, Illinois. The park-like campus sits on 250 acres at the heart of this historic village in the Kanakee River Valley, conveniently located just 50 miles south of metropolitan Chicago. Olivet also has several satellite campuses for graduate and continuing studies in the greater Chicago area and in Hong Kong. Undergraduate students can choose from more than 100 areas of study, including popular programs in business, elementary education, social work and nursing. The university also offers more than 20 master’s programs in business, education, nursing and religious studies and a doctor of education in ethical leadership. Students are involved on campus in more than 40 clubs and organizations, nearly 20 intramural and club sports and an active student ministry program. The Olivet Tigers compete in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference of the NAIA as well as the National Christian College Athletic Association.
