Discussion of Clarke University's Admissions Standards:

About a quarter of applicants to Clarke University will not get in. Successful applicants tend to be strong students with grades and standardized test scores that are at least a little above average. In the graph above, the blue and green dots represent students who won admission. Most had SAT scores of 1000 or higher (RW+M), an ACT composite of 20 or higher, and a high school average of a "B" or higher. You can see that about half of admitted students had grades in the "A" range.

Keep in mind that numerical measures such as grades and test scores are important, but they aren't all that Clarke University considers. The university has holistic admissions, and the application asks you about your extracurricular activities including any sports you might play. Also, Clarke will be looking at the rigor of your high school courses, not just your grades. Your Advanced Placement, Honors, IB, and dual enrollment classes can all play an important role in the admissions process. Finally, in some cases Clarke University will want you to come to campus for an interview.
