Admissions Chances

University of Toledo, which accepts over 95% of applicants, has a less selective admissions process. If your SAT/ACT scores and GPA fall within the school's average range, you have a strong chance of being accepted. Note that Toledo offers unconditional direct admission to students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or above and a composite SAT score of 830 or above or a composite ACT score of 15 or above. Students with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or above can be admitted with an SAT score of 880 or higher, or an ACT score of 16 or above. In order to receive unconditional direct admission to UT, potential applicants should have completed college preparatory coursework including four years of English and math and three years of natural science and social science. Note that some programs at the University of Toledo have higher admissions standards than the rest of the university.

Students with slightly lower grades and test scores can still be considered for admission, but their applications will be subject to further review to determine college readiness.
