When I visited college campuses in Florida, Eckerd was one of my favorites. The college's 188-acre campus sits on the waterfront on the southern tip of the St. Petersburg peninsula. Students at Eckerd can sign out a kayak to explore nearby mangrove islands, or they can relax on the college's own white sand beach. Check out some of the sights in this Eckerd College photo tour.
