Add another Ivy League school to the list of institutions that will accept early applications a little late. Columbia, Yale and Penn all made formal extensions of their deadlines. Princeton isn't quite so generous, but they will be flexible for students who are experiencing storm-related hardship. Here's the announcement from their undergraduate admissions website:
The Office of Admission will be flexible in its Nov. 1 deadline for single-choice early action if Hurricane Sandy or any personal issues are making it difficult or impossible for you to file the appropriate forms. If you need to file late, please submit a brief explanation with your application.Stay safe everyone. It's a mess here on the East Coast.
