Admission Requirements for Starfleet Academy

Sure, there's Harvard and Stanford and all the other most selective colleges.

But recently member Keith_Lang asked about a far more selective college in the College Admissions forum:

I'm applying to Starfleet Academy and would like to know the minimum requirements for getting in. What GPA do I need?

I did well on my AP Physics B exam (scored 5), so I think my chances should be good.
