Happy Holidays! When I think of colleges at Christmas time, Moravian College immediately comes to mind. Located in the historic district of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Moravian is right in the heart of lights, shops, music, and festivals that make Bethlehem a popular spot for folks trying to catch some holiday spirit.

Moravian is proud to be the sixth oldest college in the United States, and the attractive stone and brick campus still holds buildings dating back to the eighteenth century. On the academic front, Moravian's business major is quite popular, and the music program is particularly strong. The college is primarily an undergraduate liberal arts college, but it also houses a graduate divinity program.

As a private college, Moravian is not cheap, but the school does pretty well on the financial aid front. Roughly 90% of students receive grant aid from the college, and high achieving students can apply for full-tuition Comenius Medallion scholarships.

If you'd like to learn more about Moravian College, check out the Moravian College profile and visit the official Moravian website. If you're familiar with Moravian, please share your thoughts below.

Every week I spotlight a great college that might be off the radar of college applicants. If you'd like to recommend a school for a future spotlight, please do so here in the College Admissions forum.
