May SAT Scores Available - Are Your Scores Good Enough?

Thursday May 22, 2008
Scores for the May 3rd SAT exam are now available online at the College Board website. To see if your scores are in range for admission to some of the country's most competitive schools, check out this side-by-side comparison of Ivy Leage SAT data and this chart comparing SAT data for top liberal arts colleges. You can also read this article that discusses SAT scores.

If your scores aren't what you hoped for, you can spend some time this summer studying and retake the exam again in the fall. Colleges count only your highest scores. Also, realize that many, many excellent schools do not require ridiculously high SAT scores. The country's few hyper-selective colleges are the exception, not the rule.
