If your scores aren't what you hoped for, you can spend some time this summer studying and retake the exam again in the fall. Colleges count only your highest scores. Also, realize that many, many excellent schools do not require ridiculously high SAT scores. The country's few hyper-selective colleges are the exception, not the rule.
